Breakage

If some item(s) are broken or missing in your order upon reception, please send us an short email to : SALES@420PANDA.CA with the Reference number(s) and picture(s) of the broken item(s) and we will replace the item(s) and ship them to you with your next order. Please make sure to take a picture of every broken item(s). If one or more item(s) are no longer available on your next visit, be reassured that we will credit in full the broken and missing item(s).

Returns

If you are not satisfied with one or more item(s) upon receiving your order, please notify us to : SALES@420PANDA.CA with :

  • Detail(s) about your dislike(s)
  • The reference number(s) of the item(s)
  • Picture(s) if necessary
  • The box dimensions and weight : L x W x H / W

We will provide a label for you to ship the item(s) back to us and you will receive a full credit on your next invoice upon reception of the item(s).
